A BREAKTHROUGH, EVIDENCE-BASED APPROACH THREE THERAPIES FOR ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
Today millions of men, suffer in silence when it comes to the insecurities about the look, function and size of their manhood. For man, these problems increase with age and can dramatically impact upon their sexual performance and confidence. 1 in 2 adult men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have sexual changes they consider problematic. In the past, men had limited options for treating erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation or addressing penis girth. These issues are private, personal and sometimes might feel embarrassing. It is quite normal to be a bit uncomfortable talking to your doctor about sexual dysfunction or Erectile Dysfunction.
WHAT IS ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION?
Erectile dysfunction is defined as when men have difficulty of getting or sustaining an erection long enough to engage in sexual intercourse. There are other 3 types of sexual dysfunction for men? For example:
Desire disorders – this is the lack of sexual desire or interest in sex! Sometimes this is cause by imbalance in sexual hormones.
Erectile disorders – this is due to the complete inability to have an Erection or 1) having an erection that prove to be too soft to have sexual intercourse, or 2) an erection that last a short time.
Orgasm disorders – this is the delay or absence of orgasm (climax)!
WHAT CAUSES ERECTILE DYSFUNCTIONS?
Most of the causes of ED are due to the choices we make and the lifestyle that we follow. The inability to achieve and maintain an erection is mostly cause by the arteries which are the vessels that transport oxygenated blood from the heart to other body parts. When they become “clogged” by fat deposit, and them they eventually get hardened and the tissue become calcified completely.
Currently we have available some solutions for men with their sexual dysfunction and to correct the blood flow to the penis. For example, Men have now available medications such as Levitra, Cialis, or Viagra, which help with the flow of blood to the arteries, but it has been found that not all men can take these medications or do not want to take the medications due to their side effect or the medication is unaffordable or too expensive. Another solution is surgery: that is a very invasive procedure and not everyone is qualified to have the surgery due to illness or medical conditions. We also have injections that cause dilation or expansion of the blood vessel on the erectile tissue (we have Trimix or Bimix) this however require you to inject yourself every time you expect to have a sexual intercourse and sometimes can be painful. However, the injection does not address the cause of ED is only a temporary fix or band-aid.
